Western Municipal Water District will incorporate Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority's (SAWPA) FY 2026-2027 rates for non-reclaimable wastewater treatment and disposal in the Inland Empire Brine Line. Costs and surcharges based on SAWPA Resolution 2026-4 are passed through to district customers beginning July 1, 2026.
