Effective upon Army approval of unit establishment; ongoing until terminated or if unit remains on probation for one year

Contract becomes effective upon official Army approval of the unit and continues until terminated by mutual consent, one-year notice by either party, or for failure to remedy probation conditions within one year. If enrollment standards are not met by the end of the probationary period in at least the third year, the contract terminates at the end of that school year.
