MOA is effective upon certification by the Military Service and continues until terminated; it cancels and supersedes any prior JROTC MOAs between the parties. Either party may terminate with at least 30 days’ written notice, effective at the end of a semester/trimester and during non-instruction periods; DD Form 3202 authority currently expires 2027-02-28, after which a new or updated MOA form may be required.
