The Town of Yorktown approved an intermunicipal agreement with the Yorktown Central School District to share Town parks, fields, community center, parking, vehicles, equipment, and police services with the District during the 2026-2027 term. The District will follow Town policies, reimburse for assigned staff and police overtime, and maintain insurance naming the Town as an additional insured, with reciprocal indemnification provisions. The agreement is renewable by mutual consent and terminable with 30 days notice.
