$1,000 per student per month for 10 months (maximum total $10,000 per year per student); plus $4,600 per month for 12 months for maintenance and utilities; plus $1,569 per month for rent and $575 per month for maintenance and utilities for 1,200 square feet of office and administrative space

Agreement is tied to annual New York State UPK grant funding and may be canceled by the Board prior to September 1 of any school year if funding is not approved. The District may terminate at the end of any school year or upon 30 days’ written notice for failure to meet UPK standards or obligations; additional periods, if any, would be subject to future funding and student counts.
