City Light to Amend Boundary Hydroelectric Settlement

The City Council is considering an ordinance authorizing the City Light Department’s leadership to execute the First Amendment to the Boundary Hydroelectric Project Relicensing Settlement Agreement and related agreements to amend the FERC license for the project. The measure would also ratify and confirm prior actions taken in connection with the relicensing.
