Description

The Santa Clara County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution 26-15 recommending that Villa Garcia, Inc. negotiate and execute a Construction Manager at Risk agreement with Saarman Construction, LTD for RAD rehabilitation of three East San Jose senior housing developments. Saarman will receive a $1,000 pre-construction fee per project and 12.38% of the eventual Guaranteed Maximum Price for overhead, profit, insurance, and bonding.
