Agreement includes an evergreen clause: it automatically renews for another one-year term on August 1 each year unless the District gives written notice of intent to terminate at least twelve months before the start of the then-current term (by August 1 of the prior year). The Abilities Team must inform the District by March 15 if it will not fulfill the contract for the upcoming school year. The contracted price increases annually by OSPI’s apportionment increase for cost of living. District may cancel renewal based on performance if notice is given by May 1, and may enact a 30-day notice of cancellation in cases of severe performance issues.
