This is a four-year renewal of the 2022–2026 Programs and Services Agreement, with continuation of annual budget and cost apportionment approval via weighted vote. Any additions or deletions to services or programs funded through cost apportionment require consultation with Members and a formal amendment agreed to by all parties.
