Township of Huron-Kinloss Awards Professional Services Contract to Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (July 2026)

The Municipalities of Bluewater, Central Huron, Huron East, Morris-Turnberry, North Perth, Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, Huron-Kinloss, and North Huron have entered into a three-year agreement with the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority for Part IV enforcement under the Clean Water Act. The Authority will provide Risk Management Official and Inspector services on a fee-for-service basis, with costs and insurance arrangements outlined in Schedule A and Article Six.

Agreement may be amended by mutual consent to reflect program or policy changes.
