District reimburses Village for all crossing guard salary, benefits, and workers' compensation costs in excess of $2,500

TRANSPORTATION

Initial one (1) year term commencing on the last date executed, with automatic one-year renewals unless terminated with sixty (60) days written notice; operational service window September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 for 15 hours per week

Initial one-year term commencing on the last date executed, automatically extending annually unless sixty (60) days written notice of termination is given by either party. The Village provides annual cost projections by June 1 for the next term; indemnity and other surviving obligations continue after termination or expiration.
