Voorheesville Central School District Awards Transportation Contract to Village of Voorheesville (August 2026)

$20.00/hour; Village contributes $2,500 and District reimburses remaining salary, benefits, and workers' compensation costs

TRANSPORTATION

Initial one (1) year term commencing on the last date executed, with automatic one-year renewals unless terminated with sixty (60) days written notice; operational service window September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 for 15 hours per week

Initial one-year term commencing on the last date executed, automatically extending in additional one-year terms unless either party provides sixty (60) days written notice of termination. On or about June 1 each year, the Village will advise the District of anticipated cost changes for the next term; liability, indemnity, and post-termination performance provisions survive expiration or termination.
