The City of San Antonio entered into an interlocal agreement with Alamo Community College District (Alamo Colleges District) to provide up to $4,676,930.00 for Year 7 of the AlamoPROMISE Program. The funding will support last-dollar tuition and fee scholarships for an estimated 2,237 scholars residing in San Antonio, with disbursements tied to matching funds, performance targets, and detailed reporting through at least August 31, 2027.
