In August 2021, the Board amended its Construction Manager-at-Risk contract with Skanska USA Building, Inc., increasing the Guaranteed Maximum Price by $1,615,722 to $12,422,223 to add a Cyber Range to the SPC Bowden Replacement Building. The project budget totaled $16,638,120 including furnishings and equipment.
