The County of Woodford has approved a Payments in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) Agreement with Peristyle, LLC to support an industrial project via issuance of up to $90 million in revenue bonds. Peristyle will make annual PILOT payments to the Woodford County School District for the term of the bonds.
