Woodford County and Peristyle, LLC entered into a lease agreement to support issuance of up to $90 million in Industrial Building Revenue Bonds for the Castle & Key Distillery Project. Peristyle will lease the project facilities and pay rent sufficient to cover bond debt service and warehouse lease obligations through the bond maturity in 2066.
