El Paso Water’s Public Service Board is considering an amendment to its master contract with RJ Border International, L.P. to add $2,500,000 in capacity, increasing the cumulative contract amount to $3,000,000 for the purchase of transportation vehicles under Sourcewell Contract 032824-NVS. The action would also authorize future master contracts at an estimated $3,000,000 annually for as long as the underlying Sourcewell cooperative agreement remains in effect.
