Initial term is one school year through June 30, 2027; either party may terminate for the upcoming school year by written notice. Agreement may also be terminated by mutual agreement, automatically upon Client’s program participation termination, or for material breach with a 10-day cure period. For up to six months after the school year in progress at termination, MBT will continue to process submittals tied to that school year under the existing fee schedule.
