El Camino Community College District Awards Professional Services Contract to Medical Billing Technologies Inc (July 2026)

Service fee equal to 8% of final Medi-Cal reimbursement per CRCS; $1,000 annual deposit; $25 per ORP; $500 per speech protocol; $25 per SMAA participant per quarter (min $250, max $7,000 per quarter); $150 per SMAA invoice recalculation; $10 per claim for CIF changes; 1.5% per month late fee

PROFESSIONAL_SERVICES

Three (3) school years commencing upon execution on July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029; terminable annually on or before March 30 for upcoming school year

Initial term runs through June 30, 2029. On or before March 30 of each school year, either party may terminate the Agreement for the upcoming school year by written notice. Agreement may also terminate by mutual consent or automatically if Client’s participation in the LEA Medi-Cal Billing Program ends. After termination, MBT will process submittals for up to six months for services in the school year in progress.
