With passage of Ordinance 26-25, Delaware City Council removed Argent Institutional Trust Company from its role as paying agent, registrar, and related bond services provider for the City’s outstanding bonds, transferring those duties to U.S. Bank Trust Company. The action amends the City’s prior financial services arrangements.
