Delaware City Council adopted Resolution 26-46 approving The Wendy’s Company’s development plan for a new Wendy’s restaurant in Glennwood Commons. As part of the approval, Wendy’s must pay a $29,000 fee in lieu of building a shared use path along Glenn Road and provide a temporary easement needed for upcoming road improvements.
