Round Lake Area Schools CUSD #116 is considering adopting Tes Parents' Meetings scheduling tool for all PK-12 schools. The annual cost is $15,862.00, with a 12-month initial term starting July 1, 2025. Tes is out of the UK and would not agree to adjusting the payment terms from Net 30 to Net 60. Administration will ensure that a purchase order is entered well before the July 1 implementation date to ensure that payment requests are entered into the first Board packet of the month so that payment may be made within the 30 day time period.
