Franchise renewed for an initial 10-year term effective the later of September 1, 2026 or the first day of the month following AUC approval, adopting bylaw passage, and delivery of an executed agreement. Agreement may be extended by mutual written consent for a 5-year First Subsequent Term and an additional 5-year Second Subsequent Term, not exceeding 20 years total under MGA s.45.
