Description

The City of Winchester is considering a five-year lease agreement with Blue Ridge Youth Soccer Association, Inc. for nonexclusive use of the Henkel-Harris Press Box at Jim Barnett Park. BRYSA would pay $5,760 in rent annually in the first year with $20 monthly increases each year, in exchange for an office and shared press box space near the turf fields.
