Oakland Unified School District’s Facilities Committee is recommending Board approval of Amendment No. 2 with Alten Construction, Inc. with HKIT Architects to provide additional construction services for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project. The amendment sets an $85,118,050 Guaranteed Maximum Price, increases the total not-to-exceed amount to $97,050,461, and extends the contract through February 28, 2029, funded by Measure Y Building Fund.
