The Facilities Committee will recommend Board approval of Amendment No. 2 to the design-build agreement with Alten Construction, Inc. with HKIT Architects for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project, adding $87.77 million and extending the term to March 31, 2029. The total not-to-exceed amount will increase to $94.7 million under Measure Y Building Fund resources.
