The Town of Frederick Board of Trustees is considering Resolution 26-R-17 to approve the Twenty Second Interim Agreement with the Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise. The agreement would commit up to about $2.17 million in 2026 for Frederick’s continued participation in NISP design, permitting, conveyance planning, and early construction activities supporting 2,600 acre-feet of annual water yield. The interim term covers work planned between May 1 and December 31, 2026 across multiple project phases.

This is the Twenty Second Interim Agreement following prior annual or multi-year interim agreements for NISP participation.
