Description

The Town of Frederick Board of Trustees is considering Resolution 26-R-17 to approve the Twenty Second Interim Agreement with the Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise, committing an estimated $2.17 million in 2026 toward design, permitting, land acquisition, financial planning, and early construction activities for NISP Phases 3A, 5, 6, 7, and 8. The agreement continues Frederick’s participation in NISP for 2,600 acre-feet of annual water yield, a key component of the Town’s long-term water supply and reuse strategy.
