Initial term of one (1) year from Effective Date with automatic one-year renewals; district memo references spring of 2026/27 school year; Addendum No. 1 effective upon execution by all parties

Initial one-year term from the Effective Date with automatic renewal for successive one-year periods unless terminated per the agreement. Either party may terminate without cause on at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice under Section 8 of the base agreement; Addendum No. 1 further allows termination for convenience with thirty (30) days’ notice and immediate termination for specified breaches or insolvency events. Accrued obligations regarding privacy, indemnification, and governing law survive termination or expiration.
