Initial one-year term beginning on the Effective Date (7/29/2026), automatically renewing for successive one-year periods unless terminated by either party with at least 60 days’ prior written notice or by mutual written consent. Agreement may be terminated for material breach if not cured within 30 days after written notice; confidentiality obligations survive termination.
