Initial term of one (1) year from date of execution; may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year terms; overall programmatic window referenced as August 13, 2024/2025 to July 31, 2025/2026

Renewal

Initial term is one year from execution, with up to four additional one-year renewals subject to Amelia County School Board approval. Either party may terminate by written non-renewal notice ninety days before the end of the then-current term; STEPS may also terminate if it is no longer funded as Head Start operator, with 30 days’ written notice. The MOU is to be reviewed annually and may be revised by written agreement.
