Initial one-year term from date of execution (effective approximately August 13, 2025 to July 31, 2026), renewable for up to four additional one-year terms through approximately July 31, 2030, subject to School Board approval

Initial one-year MOU term may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms upon Amelia County School Board approval, for a potential total of five years. Either party may terminate by providing 90 days’ written notice of non-renewal before the end of the initial term or any renewal, and STEPS may terminate on 30 days’ notice if it is no longer funded as Head Start grantee.
