The Seminole County Board approved a resolution allowing the Orange County Industrial Development Authority to issue up to $40 million in Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds for Orangewood Christian School projects, including facilities located in Seminole County. The County’s action is solely to satisfy federal tax requirements and does not create any debt obligation for Seminole County.
