The Board will consider a resolution and interlocal agreement approving, for Internal Revenue Code Section 147(f) purposes, up to $40 million in Orange County Industrial Development Authority bond proceeds for Orangewood Christian School facilities, including those in Seminole County. The action authorizes the use of the Educational Facilities Revenue Bond Series for financing and refinancing school facilities.
