Description

Houston Independent School District approved an interlocal agreement with Texas Southern University to offer dual credit courses to eligible HISD students. The contract sets tuition rates at no more than $60.10 per semester credit hour and provides in-kind support for up to 20 non-FAST eligible students during the Fall 2026 pilot year. The agreement runs through August 31, 2027.
