This is a renewal of the prior Support Organization Agreement between Texas Southern University and the Texas Southern University Foundation. The agreement must be reviewed and updated at least every five years from September 1, 2025, and may be terminated without cause with 90 days’ written notice or for cause if a breach is not cured within 30 days. Upon termination, detailed processes govern transfer or continued administration of gifts, pledges, grants, and other commitments in line with donor intent and sponsor requirements.
