The Board of Public Utilities will consider recommending City Council approval of an additional not-to-exceed $105,000 for Thompson Coburn’s FY 2025-2026 legal services, raising that year’s total legal budget to $897,000, and approving a not-to-exceed $895,000 legal budget for FY 2026-2027. Funding will be from Electric Fund Power Supply Operations and related project accounts.
