The City of Riverside will amend its agreement with Thompson Coburn to increase the FY 2025-26 legal budget to $897,000 and approve a new not-to-exceed $895,000 budget for FY 2026-27. Funding comes from the Electric Fund’s Power Supply Operations outside legal account.
