The City Commission approved a Landscape Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to govern landscape, irrigation, and decorative hardscape within FDOT right‑of‑way along Federal Highway and Ocean Avenue near the Ocean One project. Under the agreement, Boynton Beach assumes responsibility for maintaining the non‑standard improvements installed in the state right‑of‑way.
