Perpetual, non-exclusive drainage and access easements; Access Easement terminates upon dedication of the Access Easement Parcel to a governmental authority that accepts maintenance responsibilities

Easements are granted as perpetual and run with the land; the Access Easement automatically terminates if the Access Easement Parcel is dedicated or conveyed to a governmental authority that accepts maintenance responsibilities. The agreement may only be amended by mutual written consent of all property owners and must be recorded to be effective.
