Austin Community Foundation to Administer Urban Forest Grant

The City of Austin is proposing to authorize a professional services contract with Austin Community Foundation, not to exceed $10 million over up to five years, to administer the Urban Forest Grant fund for the Development Services Department. The contractor will receive City funds and award grants to community and nonprofit projects that support Austin’s urban forest, climate equity, and planning goals, replacing an expiring contract on September 1, 2025.
