The City of Surprise will consider granting Summit Infrastructure Group, LLC a non-exclusive revocable right-of-way agreement to install, operate, and maintain fiber optic cable in city streets, roads, and alleys. The agreement would authorize use of public rights-of-way for telecommunications infrastructure under Resolution 2026-79.
