District Enters eTranscript Agreement with XAP

The Board ratified a non-standard eTranscript California System Institution Agreement with XAP Corporation from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022 to provide electronic transcript exchange for Coastline, Golden West, and Orange Coast Colleges. There is no direct cost to the District as costs are covered by statewide grant funds.
