Augusta’s Engineering Services Committee is asked to approve supplemental funding to its Memorandum of Understanding with the Phinizy Center for Water Sciences, providing up to $35,000 per quarter for continued water quality monitoring and related services. The agreement may extend through 2029 contingent on budget approval and will continue until allocated funds are exhausted or 36 months have elapsed.
