The Board of Health for Madison and Dane County approved resolution 2026 BOH RES-011 to accept an in-kind award of fentanyl and xylazine test strip kits from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Drug Checking Technologies Program for community distribution during 2026–2027. The Director of Public Health is authorized to apply, sign the agreement, and manage the in-kind supplies.
