The Town of Wallace is entering a four-year transition agreement with Duplin County under which the County will take over staffing and operations of the town library while the Town retains ownership of the facility. The Town will fully fund operations in the first year, with Duplin County gradually assuming 25% of costs each year until it covers 100%.
