Pilot Term from Effective Date through June 30, 2027 (body) / January 31, 2027 (Schedule A); then paid subscription from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028 with annual invoicing in advance and continuation thereafter at standard rates unless otherwise agreed

Pilot is free through the Pilot Term; if Garfield does not issue a Termination Notice by September 30, 2026, the contract automatically renews into a paid subscription at the Pilot Conversion Rate for one year (July 1, 2027–June 30, 2028), then continues at Parthion’s then-standard rates unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Garfield may terminate with 90 days’ notice, and future engagements after a timely termination would be on standard commercial terms.
