The City of Dahlonega plans to renew its Municipal Funding Acquisition Agreement with GFAAC LLC, under which the firm will continue to identify, write, and administer grants and other funding opportunities for the City in exchange for a 15% fee on all funding it helps secure. The agreement carries an initial one-year term beginning in 2026 and automatically renews annually unless either party issues a timely non-renewal notice.

GFAAC retains a three-year right of first refusal for each funding opportunity it identifies, and its audit rights survive termination for five years.
