The City of Dahlonega is renewing its Georgia Indigent Defense Services Agreement with the Circuit Public Defender Office of the Enotah Judicial Circuit for $10,000 for FY 2027. The agreement covers provision of public defender services for indigent defendants in city courts from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with Lumpkin County acting as fiscal agent.
