Description

The Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 is considering a Developer Agreement with Rillo Investments, LLC to support construction of a new Hampton Inn–quality hotel at SE 10th Avenue and S. Buchanan Street. The agreement would provide up to ten years of 100% ad valorem tax increment reimbursement plus a one-time grant up to $900,000 for infrastructure and façade improvements, contingent on at least $28 million in private investment and compliance with design standards.
